Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills required to lead, manage and command operations within a compliance or law enforcement operational environment. It includes identifying the need for an operation, preparing and planning for the operation chief’s role in the operation, communicating the concept of the operation to operation commanders, conducting operations and contributing to post-operation processes.This unit applies to those working within operational forces in a compliance or law enforcement environment.The skills and knowledge described in this unit must be applied within the legislative, regulatory and policy environment in which they are carried out. Organisational policies and procedures must be consulted and adhered to.Those undertaking this unit would work autonomously supervising others, performing complex tasks in a range of contexts.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to unit at the time of publication. | ||
